Withdrawal

Log in to your account and go to the Wallet or Finance, select the Withdrawal option, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and choose your preferred withdrawal method. Make sure your bank account name matches the name registered at 365cuci. Once your request is submitted, our finance team will process it within the specified timeframe. You will receive a notification once the withdrawal has been successfully processed.

Withdrawals at 365cuci are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days. Withdrawals requested in the evening or on weekends may take slightly longer but are still processed in order.
