Terms and Conditions 365cuci – Complete Guide for Members

Welcome to 365cuci. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and 365cuci ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform at 365cuci.vin, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue using our platform. Continued use of the 365cuci platform after any amended terms are published constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

To register and use 365cuci services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not reside in a region or country that restricts online gambling activities.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You have never had an account closed or been banned from the 365cuci platform previously.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses without compensation.

365cuci reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account.

365cuci supports multiple payment methods including local online banking (FPX), e-wallets, and direct bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits: The minimum deposit is RM10 (or as stated in specific promotions). Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 365cuci is not liable for any delays caused by third parties or banking institutions.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team within 3–5 minutes for supported payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM30. You may only withdraw funds to an account in your own name — this is part of our anti-money laundering policy.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements, typically ranging from 3x to 25x depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• 365cuci reserves the right to void any bonus if there are indications of abuse or fraud.

For sports and e-sports betting, 365cuci uses real-time odds from recognized sports data providers. Betting results are final once the event has concluded and been confirmed. Any bet placed on an event whose outcome is already known (past event) is void.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. 365cuci recommends you take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including 365cuci staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact our support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

365cuci is not liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. However, we will take all reports of unauthorised access seriously and investigate accordingly.

To ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365cuci platform:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized credit cards or payment methods.
• System Exploitation: Seeking or exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors for unauthorized gain.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Bot Usage: Using automation software, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play automatically.
• Bonus Arbitrage: Systematically exploiting promotions with the intent of profiting without genuine risk.

365cuci employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates around the clock. Any account suspected of prohibited activity will be immediately suspended while an investigation is conducted. Investigation outcomes are final and non-appealable.

365cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the required identity verification documents.
• Requests from legal authorities or enforcement bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned within 5 business days after identity verification.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, 365cuci reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins in the account without compensation.

365cuci takes our responsibility for member well-being seriously. We provide a range of self-control tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a specified time period.
• Mandatory Break: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself permanently or for a specified period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session.

• Any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Third-party content or services that may be linked to our platform.

In any event, 365cuci's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the 365cuci platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of 365cuci or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright law.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any content on this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 365cuci. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not alter or remove any copyright notices.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 365cuci operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Direct Negotiation: Contact our support team first to resolve the matter amicably within 14 days.
2. Arbitration: If an amicable resolution fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
3. Final Decision: The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

By using the 365cuci platform, you agree that any claim or legal action must be filed within one (1) year of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim, after which the claim shall be fully extinguished.
